Terms & SMS terms

These terms apply to padmagrowth.com and to the Padma service, operated by Maxwell Price Jackson ("Padma," "we," "us"). By using the site or service, or by texting with Padma, you agree to these terms.
SMS terms
Program: Padma Missed-Call Text-Back. When you call a business that uses Padma and the call goes unanswered, an automated greeting offers to text you. If you press 1, you will receive one text message from that business's Padma number asking how they can help. If you reply, an automated assistant may send follow-up messages to collect your name, what you need, and a good time to call back, and the business may text you directly about your request.
Consent: You receive these messages because you pressed 1 during your call to request a text. If you don't press 1, you won't be texted. We never send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Message frequency: varies. Usually one message after you press 1, plus replies to messages you send.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Padma does not charge you for these messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our privacy policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
The service
Padma provides missed-call text-back and lead capture for businesses. Messages from the assistant are automated. The assistant does not quote prices, give professional advice, or confirm appointments; the business follows up with you directly. In an emergency, call 911.
Business customers
Businesses that use Padma agree to use it only to respond to people who contacted them, to keep their business information accurate, and to follow applicable laws on calls and text messages. Plan details and fees are set out in each business's agreement with us.
Acceptable use
Don't use Padma to send spam, harass anyone, or break the law, and don't try to disrupt or misuse the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Padma is provided "as is." We work to deliver every message but can't guarantee delivery or timing. To the extent allowed by law, Padma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
